Medium Rare partnered with Barstool Sports founder and legendary pizza aficionado, Dave Portnoy to create the One Bite Pizza Festival - the greatest gathering of Pizzerias ever. The inaugural festival sold out 5,000 tickets in minutes, welcomed 30+ iconic Pizzerias, musical performances, and featured tons of interactive pizza-inspired brand activations. Expanded heading into its second year, the festival grew to 8,500+ fans and welcomed 35+ Pizzerias.  

In 2025 the world’s largest pizza festival returned for its 3rd year on Randall’s Island in New York City! Dave Portnoy’s One Bite Pizza Festival welcomed 10,000 fans across two sessions to enjoy first-class pizzerias, Italian desserts, and top-tier brand activations. 

This year’s festival showcased 40+ of Dave highest rated pizzerias serving unlimited slices — including 20+ new pizzerias. The sold-out event continues to be a media sensation, generating over 250 million earned media impressions from outlets such as Fox News, The New York Post, Entrepreneur, Yahoo!, and more.
